Year of Warrant - 1946
Ruhuna Royal Arch Chapter meets at the Victoria Masonic Temple, Colombo on the third Saturday of January, fourth Saturday of April, fourth Saturday of August and the second Saturday of October; with the Installation Meeting in October.
The Chapter was formed in connection with The Grant Lodge was probably consecrated in February 1946.
The Chapter originally met in Galle and then shifted to Colombo where it met steadily and then sporadically going into abeyance from 1993. It now meets at the Victoria Masonic Temple, Colombo (from 1999).
Although the youngest of the Chapters, like its seniors will not celebrate its Centenary on the 1001h Anniversary of its Consecration due to its period of abeyance.
